About Hope Church
A new church family growing in the hope of Jesus

Hope Church is a new church being planted in Southwest Jacksonville, NC. We are being lovingly sent out by Brookwood Baptist Church with a desire to bring the hope of Jesus Christ to our neighbors, our city, and the nations.

Our story is just beginning — but our foundation is firm. We believe God is building a church that reaches the broken and isolated with the hope found only in Jesus and helps every person discover the life He offers.
Our Heart for Jacksonville
Jacksonville is home to a growing and diverse community — from military families to long-time locals — all in need of the same hope that changes everything - Jesus.
We want to be a church that serves, loves, and points people to Him in every part of our city.
About Michael Daly
Michael is a member and elder at Brookwood Baptist Church in Jacksonville, North Carolina. He is passionate about teaching God’s Word, helping people grow in their faith, and sharing the gospel with unbelievers. After 20 years of service in the United States Marine Corps, Michael retired to pursue full-time ministry. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Ministry Studies from Moody Bible Institute and plans to attend seminary.
In June 2023, God placed a clear call on Michael’s heart to plant a new church in Jacksonville. This calling has been affirmed by the pastors and members of Brookwood Baptist and by the Send Network through the North American Mission Board. The team of Hope Church plans to launch in October 2026.​
