Michael Daly
Senior Pastor
Michael is married to his wife, Melissa, and together they have two children whom he deeply loves and is committed to leading and discipling. His family is his first ministry and greatest joy. He enjoys day trips with Melissa, spending time with his kids, and, in his free time, playing golf. Michael is originally from South Carolina. He served for 20 years in the United States Marine Corps and came to faith in Christ while serving at 28 years old. After retiring, he began pursuing full-time ministry. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Ministry Studies from Moody Bible Institute and plans to attend seminary. He is passionate about teaching God’s Word, helping people grow in their faith, and sharing the gospel with those who do not yet know Christ.
JESSICA RASDALL
Worship Leader
My name is Jessica, and I am honored to lead worship at Hope Church. Prior to coming to Jacksonville, I led worship for eight years at a church in Milford, NJ, where my husband and best friend, Josh, served as a pastor. Together, we have two sons, Isaiah and Timothy. Recently, the Lord called my husband out of pastoral ministry to serve as a military chaplain, bringing our family here to Jacksonville. I have had a passion for music since childhood, which led me to develop the talents God has given me. By God’s grace, I received a Master’s degree in Music Performance, with an emphasis in flute, from Wichita State University. My goal as a worship leader is to lead a praise team that uses the talents God has given them to help lead the congregation in worship of our Lord and Savior.
Carlen Cianfaglione
Children Director
Carlen has spent years caring for and encouraging children of all ages! From infants and preschoolers to before- and after-school programs, her extensive experience shines. She has also served as a special needs instructional aide and a private family caregiver. Carlen's greatest joy is creating a fun, safe space where children can thrive and build a lasting faith in Jesus. When she isn't serving in our children's ministry, you can find her decorating, organizing, or enjoying the great outdoors camping and walking trails. Carlen and her husband, Walter, have been married for 40 years and love spending time with their two daughters, two grandchildren, and two dogs.
Jenny Perez
Financial Secretary
Jenny has been married to Chris Perez since 2007. They are now blessed with two beautifully intelligent girls. While supporting Chris in his 20-year Marine Corps career, Jenny also worked in banks and accounting jobs. Now, she volunteers as treasurer for her girls’ American Heritage Girls troop. She is originally from Florida and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Mathematics from the University of West Florida. She came to saving faith at the age of 7 thanks to the legacy of faith her family holds dear. Jenny and Chris plan to retire to Georgia when the time comes to be closer to family.
